The closest flight simulator game for Mac is X-Plane for $29.00.
If X-Plane is expensive, you can download FlightGear (link below). It is a good flight simulator because it is free and open-source.
If money is not your issue, X-Plane has all of the comprehensive features you can enjoy that is on Flight Simulator.
