ah finaly i found your youtube again…..how would you set this up with a filght sim though…..where does the screen go?

  11. rogerdodgeraviation says:

This video shows PACS as you would use it with a screen and projector. The instructions also include plans for a monitor shelf that will allow a flat panel monitor to rest on the nosecone.

I seem to be commenting on a lot of these, but I am so interested in building one. Where do you get your seats at?

  13. rogerdodgeraviation says:

We posted a couple of links to places where you can get the seat. Please go to the DIY Flight Sims website and click to the Jet Fighter or “PACS” page

    Dear All,

I have some questions about psychology:

    (1) Why do we enjoy flying “Flight Simulator” and play it over and over again?

    (2) Why do manay of us want to fly a fighter jet (F-22) instead of a commerical aeroplane (A380)?

    (3) Why do we want to have challenge-flying instead of smooth-easy-flying?

    (4) If Flight Simulator allow modify your jet and choose your desired engine, will it be fun for players?

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative ideas and brainstorm!!! :)

Here are some answers that i’ve thought of.

    1. Many people cannot be real pilots, so the next one is to fly in video games.

    2. Fighter Planes are more responsive, and more exciting to fly, due to their intended use: war.

    3. In flight simulators, the objective is to challenge the pilot, so it’s more fun to be challenged than to sit back and let the plane fly itself.

    4. Ehh, I don’t think so… A lot of people just like to pick up and play.

  19. Harky88 says:

@applesweeter i hope you are not serious, if you are, then you are boring… WHY THE HELL WOULD I LIKE TO FLY A380? try to loop, you end up dead. + all the other points.

  20. planefreak3 says:

@applesweeter X-plane allows u to modify your planes just like what u said

  21. planefreak3 says:

@GMANinGA250 u can make planes in X-plane, but most people like to fly, i do both :)

  22. TTL7919 says:

Um I think you already gave the answer to question 2 by question 3.

  23. TheDJRambo says:

    @applesweeter

It’s all because fruit flavors are made into gum. Gum is chewable. Tobacco is chewable. Tobacco is smokable. Weed is smokable. Weed gets you high. Planes make you high (literally). Therefore, all of your questions are answered by the world’s love of fruit. ;)

    Hope that helped!

  24. Grykus7 says:

Not to mention it’s really fun to crash the plane. In simulators.

  25. freakyflow says:

I would love to try to do a spitfire cockpit set up with remade parts in analog working rounded yoke etc instead of digtal instum, just cause everyone else has it
